- Booking & contact forms: name, email, phone, booking details, special requests, and other information you choose to share.
- Account/registration (if enabled): profile details and login credentials.
- Communications: emails, messages, feedback and enquiries.
- Comments (if enabled on our site): data submitted in the comments form.
Information collected automatically
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Cookies below.
- Log & device data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps and referral sources.
Images & media you upload
- If you upload images, please remove embedded EXIF GPS location data. Visitors to the site may download and extract location data from images.

Bookings via online travel agents (OTAs)
- If you book via an OTA, your information is handled under that platform’s privacy policy as well as ours.
- Changes, cancellations and data requests made on an OTA are managed through the OTA’s processes.

- Provide and manage bookings and guest services.
- Communicate with you about your stay (pre‑arrival, during, and post‑stay).
- Operate, maintain and improve our website and Services.
- Safety and security (including CCTV).
