Up to 34 guests can stay across Tathra House + The Humpy, The Cottage + The Nook, Gum Leaf Cabin and The Treehouse. Internal roads and walking tracks link the spaces, so the group feels connected without being packed under one roof.
Grandparents can turn in early. Kids can wake with the birds. The night owls can keep talking by the fire. Everyone has a quiet corner when they need it and plenty of places to come back together. That is the real luxury of booking all of Carawirry.

Carawirry’s four stays are spread through the property rather than wrapped around one busy courtyard. Each has its own pocket of privacy, while internal roads and walking tracks make it easy to move between them. Come together for meals, walks and long evenings, then wander back to your own quiet corner.

Your main group base. Tathra House has five flexible king bedrooms and generous shared spaces; The Humpy sits 30 metres away for anyone who would like a quiet place of their own. Sleeps up to 14.
The Cottage has two flexible bedrooms, a generous deck and its own quiet forest pocket. The Nook is a self-contained retreat nearby — lovely for grandparents, a couple or the early risers. Sleeps up to 6.
A warm, private cabin with two queen bedrooms, a double sofa bed and a wood-fired plunge tub under the trees. Sleeps up to 6.
A treetop log cabin with two queen bedrooms, two double sofa beds and a private bathhouse with twin soaking tubs beneath the trees. Sleeps up to 8.

Cancellation policy
Flexible rate: Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. From 15–29 days before arrival, you may postpone once within six months of the original arrival date for a $50 administration fee, or cancel and forfeit the deposit. Within 14 days of arrival, no changes, refunds or postponements are available.
Lock It In Eddy: This rate is 100% non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable, with full payment required at booking.
Noise & exclusive use
There is no on-property noise curfew when All of Carawirry is booked exclusively. The usual 9:00 p.m.–9:00 a.m. quiet period for individual accommodation bookings does not apply, so your group can enjoy shared meals, music, fire-pit evenings and celebrations beyond those hours. Property care, fire safety, approved guest numbers and prohibited-activity rules still apply.
Guest numbers, visitors & gatherings
All of Carawirry sleeps up to 34 registered guests. The number staying must match the booking, and unregistered visitors require prior written approval. Weddings, elopements, retreats, workshops and organised gatherings must be discussed with Carawirry before the stay. Outside caterers, photographers, massage therapists and other suppliers also require pre-approved property access.
Arrival, road access & parking
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Early check-in from 1:00 p.m. or late check-out until noon may be added for $400 each, subject to availability. Self-check-in details are sent to the booking email three hours before arrival.
The final approach is an unsealed, well-maintained gravel road suitable for standard 2WD vehicles. Please drive and park only on designated gravel roads, driveways and parking bays — never on grassed areas.
Pets, smoking & fire safety
Pets are not permitted, except registered support animals and guide dogs approved before booking with the required documentation. Smoking is outdoors only, away from doors and windows. Candles and open flames are not permitted inside accommodation, and outdoor fires are prohibited on Total Fire Ban days. Fireworks, firearms, commercial generators and unsafe activities are not permitted.
Children, the property & practicalities
Children must be actively supervised around fireplaces, baths, the bathhouse, plunge pools, creeks and bush trails. Only toilet paper may be flushed. Mobile reception is limited, with Starlink Wi-Fi available. There is no dedicated EV charger; charging is permitted from external 240V power points using your own suitable cable, adapter and 15–20 metre extension lead.
