Hunter Valley Accommodation with Outdoor Spa

Nestled next to Carawirry’s creek, Gum Leaf welcomes you with a chorus of stream trickles. By day, wilderness towers, walking trails wind for kilometres and secret waterfalls await. Come night? Sip mulled wine by the fire, toast marshmallows or cocoon in one of three beds with linen that, as Anetta says, is “very plush” (June, 2018). Cheers, Anetta.

Snuggle into utter seclusion. Dense, wild nature in its truest form. All in perfect harmony with your luxe oasis. An outdoor bath to stargaze from, cozy couches to snuggle on and one heck of a wrap-around verandah. Did we mention there’s a double rainfall shower

Taste the region’s local flavours with artisan grazing boxes delivered to your cabin. Nibble on a curated collection of organic produce during your stay. Simply select at checkout.

Massages

Experience ultimate serenity surrounded by a chorus of wildlife. Whether it’s a back, neck and shoulder massage or full body indulgence, we’ll send one of our talented masseuses your way. Choose your massage at check out. After a relaxing facial, mani, pedi or something else? Just leave us a note at checkout and we’ll make it happen.

Yoga and more

Are you up for alfresco yoga on the forest floor? Whether it’s a downward dog you’re chasing, or a pair of mountain bikes. Here at Carawirry we organise a range of activities and supplies to complement your stay, so you don’t have to lift a finger. Whatever it might be, leave a note at checkout and we’ll put the word out.

FAQs

It sure is! We’ve got three kids 9 years and under who see Carawirry as their personal wonderland. (But don’t worry, we don’t let them run wild while we have guests staying). We just ask that you keep a good eye on your little adventurers while they’re on the property.

Check-in from 3 pm on your arrival date. And check-out at 11am on your final day (because, sleepins). But, if we don’t have a same day changeover, we’re happy to extend your check-out time to 1pm. Just ask us when you arrive and we’ll let you know.

Nope. Both cabins are separate (and super private) on Carawirry’s huge 250 acre property.

Yes, you’ll receive a complimentary 250MB of WiFi to use on our secure network. Settling in for a Netflix-binge? Purchase extra data when you log in, from your cabin. Here’s your price guide.

  • 1GB Data – $5
  • 5GB Data – $15
  • 10GB Data – $30
  • 20GB Data – $50

Since Carawirry’s forest is brimming with wildlife, we don’t allow any pets. Think of it this way, Fido gets a holiday from you too! Just kidding, Fido loves you… But we can assure you, you’ll definitely get your furry friend fix from resident wallaby Skip.
