Booking questions

What is the cancellation policy?

For standard bookings, cancellation is complimentary up to 30 days before arrival. Between 15 and 29 days, you may postpone once within six months for a $50 administration fee, or cancel and forfeit your deposit. Within 14 days, changes, refunds and postponements are not available.

The Lock It In, Eddy rate is always non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable. Please review the full Terms and Conditions before booking.

What are the main property rules?
  • No pets, unless a registered support animal or guide dog has been approved before booking.
  • Smoking is outdoors only, well away from doors and windows.
  • A 9:00 p.m.–9:00 a.m. noise curfew applies, except when All of Carawirry is booked exclusively.
  • Drive and park on designated gravel areas only, and never on grass.
  • Only registered guests may stay. Events and additional visitors require prior written approval.
  • No indoor candles or open flames, and children must be actively supervised around water, fires and bush trails.

NSW public holidays are stay-over days only, so arrivals and departures are not available on those dates.
