- Free cancellation on stays with a check-in date more than 14 days from your booking date.
- Bookings due to check in within 14 days of your booking date may be eligible to update dates.
- Bookings due to check in within 7 days are unable to be cancelled or dates changed.
- Read: we cannot make date changes or refund cancellations within 7 days of the check-in date.

– 100% of the booking fee is charged at time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Dates cannot be cancelled or changed.

The Nitty Gritty for Every Stay

50% of the total cost is charged at time of booking. Once this deposit is received, your booking is confirmed. Your booking confirmation and info about your stay is immediately emailed to you
You’ll have a chance to add any Extra[ahh]s you’ve had your eye on while you wait for your check-in date to roll around
7 days prior to checkin, the remaining 50% is charged to your credit card (prefer to pay by bank deposit? Not a problem! Reach out, and we’ll take you through the next steps)
On the day of check-in, an authorisation hold of $400 is applied to your credit card per cabin booked and is released within 48 hours of checkout when no damage has occurred.
On the day of check-in, you’ll receive an SMS with the key codes and final details
